i don't like the machine, love my machine!!. It sucks, having trouble with the thread breaking., good still trying to figure it out. Working on it, i am a beginner so i like the singer 1120. i have found that the thread jams frequently. Good sewing!, looking for manual, haven't used it yet, lightweight and easy to use.
i'm not an avid seamstress and don't do a whole lot. so this is maybe the 3rd time i've used it in 5 years and my top thread is getting stuck im the bobbin area., ok for a newbie but not sturdy enough for some heavy fabrics. Having real trouble with thread snagging and not coming up correctly, good machine, good looking machine. Great machine
, love it
. Oh it looks good, this was my grandmother's machine and she used it for years. she left it to me and now i'm using it and love it!, the sewing machine is awesome!, it's a nice machine i have gotten a while ago, that is how it is sturdy and it is an investment. i have had this around in my house for years, ever since i was a child and i used this very sewing machine to win awards at the boston globe scholastic awards for arts in fashion, i have even received a gold key using this machine, but there is a lot of things i may need to learn again about sewing machines..
snaps thread a lot., first time using it. Works well enough. limited use so far
, it an ok machine spend the money and buy a better version., singers a goog all around machine.. This was purchased as a first machine for my daughter. she had some trouble with it, but it worked well for me when i used it. this is a very basic, inexpensive machine and should do well with this in mind., it's a sewing machine
